1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product is damaged or leaked upon delivery.
  • The packaging is broken or tampered when received.

⚠️ Note: Perfumes that have been used, opened, or tested cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the product issue.
  3. Our team will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund (as applicable).

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for purchase.
  • Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was ours.

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Discounted or sale items
