1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product is damaged or leaked upon delivery.
- The packaging is broken or tampered when received.
⚠️ Note: Perfumes that have been used, opened, or tested cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Return Process
To request a return or exchange:
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the product issue.
- Our team will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund (as applicable).
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for purchase.
- Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was ours.
